Well what a lovely day we had for a pre-wedding shoot. Not only were Laura and Ross a fantastic couple to work with, but my god did they pick a fantastic place to have their pictures taken. The location we visited is called Cod Beck Reservoir just north east of a small village called Osmotherley not far from Middlesbrough. Now the hardest things we have with pre-wedding shoots is if its a location we have never visited before you are working blind. Now there is nothing wrong with this and also to be fair it increases the pressure on us in a good way, which helps to keep us on our toes. Also the Great British weather can play havoc as well. But this time everything fell into place perfectly.
Now we get asked why have a pre-wedding shoot? The answer in our opinion is simple, it allows the soon to be married couple, an insight into working with us and how it feels to have professional pictures taken. If you have never had pictures taken before, whether that be wedding or an outside family shoot it can make you feel uncomfortable. So what we aim to do is make you feel comfortable during this shoot which means that on your big day you look far more comfortable. We have found this to be highly beneficial not just for the couple but for us as your photographers. You get to know us in a professional capacity as well which is important. So instead of us turning up on your big day having never worked with us you feel far more relaxed knowing you are in safe hands.
While talking with Laura and Ross it turns out that they had found us on a friends Facebook wall who had had a Fathers day shoot and a Wedding Photo Booth in Nottingham as well. For us this is great to see that our customers are not only happy with us, but happy to recommend us for one of the biggest days in your lives. If you are reading this and thinking about using us for your wedding I hope this has helped to explain the benefits of a pre wedding shoot.
If you have any questions regarding this service or any others that we do please fell free to drop us a message or give us a call. We pride ourselves on our relaxed, flexible, no pressure sales service.
Many thanks for reading folks. (now for the best bits…the pictures)
