Frequently asked questions
* * *
Q. Can you hold our date for us?
A. It is a shame but we cannot hold any date until the deposit has been paid.
Q. How much is the deposit?
A. £100, this is non refundable and can be paid in many various methods.
Q. Can we meet up before we book you?
A. We highly recommend that you do try and meet us before we arrange a booking, this allows you to feel happy with us and view a few sample albums from previous weddings/portrait shoots. We can also Skype if you would rather not travel.
Q. How long do we have to wait for the photos?
A. We are extreme perfectionists, we aim to be the best wedding photographers around, which can mean we spend quite a while editing your images to a very high standard. For family shoots we usually take around a week to finish the editing, for weddings we usually aim to have your photos to you within 2-3 weeks, the perfect present for when you arrive back from your honeymoon.
Q. Do we have to have a pre-wedding shoot?
A. Not at all. We encourage couples that aren't that keen on having their picture taken to book a pre-wedding shoot with us because it gives you a chance to see how fun a shoot with us is. Also, a lot of couples like to have some awesome new photos for the wedding invites..
Q. How far will you travel?
A. Anywhere in the UK.
Q. Will you visit the venue before the big day?
A. We very much like to visit the venue before the day as we firmly believe this helps us to prepare to get you even better images. If for some reason we are unable to visit before the day, we will arrive in plenty of time to scope out the venue first.
Q. Do we have to feed you?
A. No we always come prepared. However we are always partial to a slice of cake...or two.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes. For both public liability and professional indemnity.
Q. We need two photographers, can you help us with that?
A. Yes we happily come as a double act anyway, check our about page for details on the partnership and meet Adam and Karl.
Q. Can we really do whatever we want with the images?
A. Yes. You've paid us to take your photos, you've got the photos, so feel free to print them off, share them with family and friends, upload them to Facebook, or even make your own album.
